Services

Do you want a place where you'll be listened to, heard and fully respected? I offer a relationship of unconditional respect where we can explore your history, concerns and goals as they relate to your mental health.

I am a holistic psychiatric nurse practitioner who diagnoses and treats a variety of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD and what the DSM refers to as personality disorders. I use medication, behavioral interventions, nutritional counseling, supplements, and other empirically supported interventions to bring about meaningful change in your symptoms.

I am out of network with all insurance companies. This allows me to work from a wellness model as opposed to a 'sick care' model. I will gladly provide you with documentation upon request so that you may submit a request for out of network reimbursement to your insurance company. Not all insurance plans provide out of network benefits. Please inquire with your insurance company.

Comprehensive Evaluation for New Patients: $450 **I offer sliding scale/reduced cost initial visits based on financial need**

I will spend the time it takes to hear your story fully, thus, initial appointments are 2-3 hours of extensive history taking and psychiatric assessment. All of your concerns will be explored and you will leave with a plan of care that you feel hopeful about.

Brief Evaluation for New Patients: $210

Some patients will not require an in depth initial appointment. If you already have a diagnosis and medications that are managing your symptoms well, you may only need an initial visit of one hour. We can discuss this before booking your first appointment.

Follow up visit (20-30 minutes): $150

This is the most common medication management visit. Most patients will only need 30 minute follow up visits for ongoing care. Please note that visits that exceed 30 minutes will be charged for the additional time.

Follow up visit (50 minutes): $210

This visit is appropriate for patients who wish to have additional time for therapeutic work, nutritional counseling, goal setting, personal development and more. Although 30 minute visits involve supportive therapy and guidance on the aforementioned interventions, more in depth therapy or guidance on multiple types of interventions may require more time. This visit is also appropriate for patients who wish to have the additional time to ask many questions and engage in more in depth joint decision making.
